i buy 1000$ a F430 Hamann Bianco Matt Versus , when i receved car it's a copy, all it's a copy leather platte, box (White), and car

After i take to Genji Frinds a F430 Scuderia 16M White for again 1000$ i receved a F355 UT Blue

I'm very angry and the last week i going to Ferrari Finali in Mugello to tal au problems i have with Genji and Friends from Hong Kong.

Take a Genji car it's dangerous, if you proposed a Versus don't take it

I have in my private collection 37 Ferrari Versus and i talk never i take now a Versus or other product to Genji

All is stollen or copy

I have been in contact with Genji Models and one of the people that run the place "Fluffy" about 3 months ago. We negotiated to have one of my models repainted. I shipped him the model and I transferred a large some of money via PayPal.
During the first month the communication from Fluffy was perfect, he always responded within 1 day. He sent me a photo to show the model arrived undamaged. We sent emails back and forth numerous times about the project and he always responded back enthusiastically and with lots of details.
Also during this time I had another project with my usual model builder in Germany and I wanted to get one of Genji's leather display cases. I contacted him again and without any hassles, the display case was paid for a received in Germany within a few weeks. He also created a custom plaque to go with the display case which he did for me and sent me photos of the finished parts before shipping them.

About 6 weeks ago he did not reply for 2 weeks to my emails, when he did reply he said he was in China on holiday, also that my model was finished but said his model maker had been sick and he had not received any photos yet to show me. I tried to contact him again many times after this but he has not responded to my emails. He has responded to other customers to sell his kits, and I have proof of this. I asked a fellow collector to send him an email about purchasing one of his F430 SVR kits, and he responded within an hour.

Since this, I've made some contact with other people I know in Hong Kong in the model collecting circle, and I've found out this guy has scammed people before.

"Fluffy's" name on PayPal receipt is Fung Hing Pan. He is also on FerrariChat as fluffy2006.

For obvious reasons, I wouldn't recommend anyone buying anything from these guys. Their kits are all copied from APM originals and the decals they are selling on their site are stolen (I have heard from a few sources but cannot prove this).

If anyone knows how to get in alternate contact with Fluffy or these guys, I would appreciate any help. I will get in contact with PayPal soon and see if anything can be done to get my money back, which is a substantial amount.

First you stoll SLK99 Versus and APM Collection
Second you built Versus copy
After you decide to built a Original Brand and now nothing ???

More people paid and receved nothing or a copy than me

 

Franck, he will not respond on here or anywhere.
The amount he has stolen just from us 3 would put him in prison.
So he's laying low at the moment. I have asked a friend who knows local police to see if they can do anything to help.
I did have his address but looks like he has moved houses.
