I'm surprised I didn't know about this car. Is it in Utah County?

News spreads fairly quickly in our small Utah car world.

 

I don't know if he has run it there before but he did make the comment to me he was" thinking about throwing on a helmet and taking a crack at the course record"

He's in Lehi and actually was lining up a race with a 1000 hp cobra this weekend in salt lake. I'm going to try to get some video.

I think Peak's GT-R set the MPH record down the front strait. It would be interesting to see what a TT-G could do on the stretch.

 

Would be fun to see on the track, but keep in mind a high HP car does not guarantee a good run at the track...

 

The course record for production cars? Maybe...

Aston Martin at Airport this morning

 

I've seen an AM around Ogden a couple times recently.

 

Funny thing, I just saw a black Aston yesterday up here in Logan.

 

Is it the black met flake paint? If so its been around here for a bit.

I can't find the video right now, but in the one that describes the plan of salvation as a three act play, the play director is played by a very prominent local Ferrari owner.

 

Red Challenge Stradale at Highland and Fort Union. That might be the first CS I've seen on the road in Utah.

 

The Fisker dealership in American Fork is unloading new Karmas right now.

 

I got the invite in the mail yesterday for a test drive... not sure what I think about those...

 

I'm sure my invitation is en route.

Not much, it appears he has use of his arms but still wheel chair bound. I hear they may be heading back our way for the holidays. Hopefully he will chime in sometime soon, if not Ill keep you posted!

I'm getting out of rehab on 10/11 after almost 3 months of intensive therapies. Legs aren't working yet and neither are my fingers but my upper body strength continues to improve. We're moving into a new hi rise condo later this week in a nice section of the city which should make it easy for me to get to out patient rehab and be able to enjoy everything the city has to offer.

One of my goals is to drive with hand controls within 6 months in my S8 which also requires me to be in a manual chair. I'm not sure my 360 can be converted due to the paddles but I can always be a passenger.

We are doing extensive mods to our PC house in preparation for our return this Xmas. Anne and I are still negotiating to make Utah our full time home possibly by this summer.

Ok guys.. not Ferrari related. But I thought you all might get a kick out of this.

Every year for the last 8 years, I've given out a dozen Krispy Kreme donuts to each kid. Started off kinda small, I think 50 dozen the first year.

This is what it has become. We don't open the doors till 5:30.. and when I do...
