I have hundreds more from 80's and early 90's test days at Goodwood, mallory and Castle coombe if any one is interested.
Yes please, post as many as you can! I used to go to a lot of the track days, mainly Castle Combe but did get to Goodwood twice I think. I remember seeing AGGRO at Castle Combe. Sadly, these track days don't happen any more.
not too many 400s in Austria. wasn't this car, now for sale there, in the us in the mid 90s? Image Unavailable, Please Login
I know the owners, 2 partners owned it already back in 2008 when I've met them at the 45° Party organised by Giorgio/Wolfing in Italy.
So the claim made by someone to sell the very unique RHD is another myth shock ) . Both are DD RHD UK cars. How far appart are these 2 cars in production? Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
What is even more weird for me is that when I saw the guy in blue jeans and shirt with arms folded, I thought "He looks familiar, sure I've seen him before", but I have no idea if I was at some of the same track days as you all those years ago.
The older (without dash side vents) is a car before August 1986, the other is September 1986 up to 1988 but not a 88,5 since it misses the AC control unit. The newer car has a non original Fiat window handle whereas the older has the correct Fiat Argenta handle.
Impressive. i did not catch the handle change. I agree the once without the dash vent on the side seem more of an 85-86. Joe's info may be incorrect saying that it was delivered new to London. May be Joe got confused with the other 1988 one saying it was delivered new? These 2 cars just got for sale in the same country in 1 year appart. How many DD QV can be in Blue Accapulco and also RHD? Here are more details about the 1998 one from the UK mag and a photo from the street taken in the UK. 1st owner was Keith Downs from Sevenoaks (from the Mag from what i understand) If anyone has a copy of this mag in pdf, I'd love to see it. About a year ago the then current owner was on here or maybe another forum, and as I seem to remember, he had a few more photos of his new car which was on the cover of Performance Car and was looking for a copy of the magazine.
You dont know the half of it That is weird, but I do go to allot of car events whenever I can, but I guess most of us petrol heads do that. Back then I was dreaming of owning one, now I dream of owning one and being that young again
Im not sure what you are getting at but the Ali Taefi car (later owned by Craig Baker and being sold by Simon Furlonger) was indeed delivered new to London. How do I know. I was Ali Taefi's neighbor!!
