I just finished watching Bellator. OMG the Alverez vs Chandler 155 championship is EQUAL to the Rua vs Henderson fight. 2 Fight of the years on the same day!

Was a great card last night. C'mon Armen, let's hear some props for Hendo....... I give all the credit in the world to Shogun.....he really looked beat up after the first 3 rounds, yet somehow found it in himself to come back and win the last 2 rounds. That is what Champions are made of. Maybe these 5 round non-title fights aren't such a bad idea after all....

Wow.....nice to see the old Wandy! Smells blood and goes all out. I was so happy to see him win. I wonder what's next for him. They were talking about Anderson Silva being able to do everything Cung Le can.........I disagree. With respects to kicks only, Cung Le is the best. I didn't realize Cung is as old as he is.

Faber/Cruz 3. That should be a good one. Faber looked as good as ever. I'd love to see him win the belt.

The Bonnar/Kingsbury fight was a little boring to me. Bonnar was dominant, and really should have finished the fight.

Story/Kampmann was fun to watch. Story just presses forward like a bulldog, very powerful. Kampmann is quite well=rounded. Good win for him.

Nice comeback fight for Bader, although I'm still not really convinced about him.

I wonder how far away Torres is from getting a shot at the belt..........maybe 1 or 2 wins over top contenders.......? What do you guys think?

On another note; did anyone catch the Fedor/Monson fight? I am curious to know how Fedor looked in it.............

Is it confirmed that Hendo gets the next title shot? I would really be looking forward to that fight. I would love to see Hendo beat Jones.

I love Hendo, but I don't think he can take Jones.

Definitely surprised by Faber - Bowles is a tough cookie, Faber had no problem. Sets up the rubber match with Cruz well.

Faber has been fighting 10lbs. lower the last 2 fights. He will be a force in this division. I think it's the best he's ever looked. I still cant get over how exciting this card was! I did watch some of the fights again.

In Hendo's case, Like in Boxing, I wonder if after a HUGE fight that you get knocked around A LOT. If he'll ever be the same (consider his age)?

I'm just curious, but in reading the fighter salaries from this past weekend, how in the world did Cung Le get the money he did?? He was the highest paid on the card. Don't some of the old school ledgends command more money (Hendo, Shogun, Wandi) all have more star power. Why did Cung Le get that deal??

Hometown hero. Notice how he's only fought in San Jose - he has a lot of star power there.

I think there is a lot more to it than that. Being a local hero may guarantee a sellout of paid attendance, but UFC events normally sell out anyways. It comes down to how many PPVs a fighter can help generate.

Cung is a Champ from another organization. He pretty much guarantees an exciting fight with his style. And he has crossed over to acting in movies, so has potential to bring some new fans to MMA.

I'm kinda surprised all those (UFC, MMA) guys aren't munching oxy like candy as beat up and as much pain as they must walk around with on a daily basis.

I'm hoping Mayham this weekend! I can't stand Bisping.

Mayhem doesn't belong in the UFC!!!!! What a joke he was. As bad as Bisping did, He looked great compared to Mayhem!

Yeah, Miller did not look very impressive after the 1st round. He gassed way too early. He did look very good in the 1st, when he got Bisping down, and was working him pretty good.

The other fights were quite entertaining. Dodson looked great against Dillashaw, however I think the ref may have called the fight too quickly. Dillashaw looked like he was recovering as he went for Dodson's legs, which is where it got stopped.

Ferguson/Edwards was an amazing fight. Excellent back-and-forth. Both fighters looked great. Best fight televised.

Bedford looked great against Gaudinot - a very one-sided fight.

I was disappointed in his performance. Bisping is a gatekeeper - at best - and he demolished Mayhem.

I'll dissent a little in the Edwards / Ferguson fight - that was a snoozefest for me. It was mostly boxing, and I'll watch boxing if I want to see boxing.

Bedford / Gaudinot - while one-sided - was a better fight to me. Gaudinot is a tough cookie - he took a beating, but put on a good show.

Dillashaw was hit well, but I agree with Kizdan - too early of a stoppage. Maybe the inevitable would have occurred, but he was still lucid / intelligently defending.

Can't complain - the fights were free! :)

I just read that Bisping made $425k in that fight with Miller! Granted, $150k was a win bonus, but still!

I agree that the Dodson/Dillashaw fight may have been stopped too soon. However I'm glad that the winner was from team Miller.

In the Brandao/Bermudez fight I feel Brandao was the better fighter. I was also happy for him since the whole season of TUF he said he wanted to use the money to provide a better life for his family.

I can't begin to say how dissappointed I am that Miller lost to that dick Bisping. I wanted him to beat his ass so bad. It was really hard to watch after the first round. I really thought he could have done better even if he still lost. It was sad to see. I don't know if they will ever fight again but Miller really needed that win.
