    I am very sorry to inform you that Modenese coachbuilder Sergio Scaglietti died last night, at his home in Modena, 91 years.

    Here are two photos, taken in 2005 (at Jacques Swaters' Galleria in Brussels, Belgium) and in 2010 (while visiting Carrozzeria Egidio Brandoli in Montale and inspecting the restoration of 250 GT SWB California Spider #4083 GT).

    Less than 36 hours ago, I re-read Winston Goodfellow's article/interview in Forza #49 so this is especially shocking.

    It's sad (but inevitable) when the old guard is slowly disappearing into history.
    He was a great story-teller. I loved listening to his tales when I'd catch Italian documentaries or reportages on Ferrari.
