Thank you, the engine with stand was bought some years ago, there was no need to do anything - only changing the glass plate - without the stand everything else is original 512 bb (the previous owner only painted some parts red like the damper).
Wellp since I don't currently own my own house yet here's my "garage" where I spend majority of my time in; my dorm room. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Sorry, Mike, I missed your query. The lift is a Danmar MaxJax. It was an easy choice, because there are I think no other 2-post lifts that will fit in a low-ceiling garage. As I mentioned, the lift height is limited (one can sit on a stool, but not stand, beneath the lifted car). One advantage I saw also is that the posts are relatively unobtrusive, both physically and visually, so don't crowd a limited workspace like mine (please see photo below). Here is a great article on Yahoo! Check out the NC '89 328 GTS. Is it anyone on FChat? http://realestate.yahoo.com/promo/homes-with-unbelievable-garages.html
I had no clue that a garage could be used for anything else than parking my cars, and designed it accordingly. Even worse, i did not know that the width of a car did not include the mirrors. Now that I like to work on my Spyker myself (with a lot of help from my friend Tom), I'm terribly cramped. But I like the rustic look. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Way better garage photos on this thread but this was my latest project; getting the garage cleaned out and somewhat f-car worthy. Getting more signs in the near future and enjoying all the storage space and nothing laying around. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login

nice! love how deep your garage is. We've got plans to make an entry way to our place that would include adding depth to the garage. Would be nice.
