Would Bertone be able to make a new rear clam for an SV or any Miura for that matter? If as has been said previously that the rear clam on 4818 was remade in Rod Stewart's ownership by a company other than Lamborghini/Bertone, and that details are incorrect on it, I'd have to get an authentic Bertone one made, if I was the very fortunate owner of this car of course.

#5100 looks, except the front and back bonnet to be almost finished imo.

But i feel that things are beat about the bush. ( I hope i got that expression right :) )

    Hi,

A little while back ago, a group of us volunteers from the Classic Car Committee of the Iranian Auto Federation got together with the local representative of Sonax to help clean up a Espada which was being put on display after thirty years in a warehouse. While we were there, we took some photo's of the existing displays. Here is the museum's Miura. It has wheels from a Ferrari on it, as, according to the museum personnel, the car was missing its wheels when it was found. If I remember correctly, there was a post (Joe Sackey ?) stating this exact car was in a National Geographic with a pictorical on Iran from 1976. It would be great if any one has that issue and it could be scanned.

    Best Regards

    Ramin

I think it was sold previously and is back to be sold again perhaps.

I have the same thing happen and in fact I just reviewed the file of a particular Lamborghini classic I have now sold 6 times in 5 years! Hopefully it is now in a permanent home.

Yes it would be nice to get that scanned. This is the car that was discovered buried after the revolution and subsequently exhumed from its hiding place.

Ah, I assumed you bought from Mario because of the SG Dealer plates and the car was there for a longer time or still is?
