That means status 90 (transit ) mine is status 70 (testing ) but I already knew that from the photos.
Yeah but mine apparently lands in New Jersey and then gets sent over to CA (truck? train?). Corporate did promise me it would be one of the first two or three and might even be "one" so I'm guessing that there are at least two stable mates with it. I know that there's a demo in there that's coming and going to Aspen for the thing over there.
They need 4 or 5 for Aspen Winter Experience , Ferrari of Denver will be doing the tech backup for that and Denver is where my car is coming into. Your going to win this one, the prosecco is on ice now !
I don't know about that. They said one is going to Denver so that might be you. Besides, you gotta figure the truck has gotta go to Denver first then SF so that's at least 4 days or so. I think it's you to be honest. In any event, I'm going to stop in on the Aspen thing in January. I'm going to be in Vail anyways. Hope to see you there.
Sacrilegio .... Ferrari Trento Spumanti owned by Lunelli family produces Metodo classico sparkling wines and not prosecco that is a DOCG (controlled designation of origin guaranteed) of sparkling wine produced in the regions of Veneto and using Charmat method (less expensive and noble). If i can suggest you please test only one time a bottle of Giulio Ferrari riserva del fondatore http://www.cantineferrari.it/pdf/scheda_giulio_ferrari_ing.pdf I tasted about few weeks ago a 1997 bottle, and I can assure you must go on the more expensive Vintage champagne (Bollinger, Krug, DomRuinart) to match this beauty. Sorry for the off Topic !!
Saw one in silver at the dealership today.First impression=it is not as ugly as the pics and like all new F cars must be seen in the flesh. It really appears to be a large car, beautifully done on the inside(in couio0.The rear which looks so awful in pics is not bad.It seems to be nicely integrated into the rear sweep of the rear fenders and has a "Bangle like"look.I'll be test driving it next week.
Ah CMON, how long does it take to get across the Atlantic?!?! Car was put on the boat and is among the first delivered in the US to a buyer. It was put on a boat on November 10th and is due in dock late next week. Figure a week to truck it over. I hate waiting. Better they never told me this. (twiddling thumbs)
The car going with yours via Denver is their demo. Mine is on the next boat, yours should be in New Jersey already !
"Your car was shipped on November 10th. It should arrive at port in the next week or so and we are still hopeful for delivery before Christmas" Ugh, I have no idea. I assume it's on a truck somewhere.
Any news, guys? I have to admit: taking a drive has given me an awful, unscratchable itch. This is gonna be a looooong wait!
thanks believe it or not kind of excited for the FF had a chance to drive one last week in the rain all i can say its incredible
Having seen your white 328 at local events I hope to see your FF aswell! Good luck with the wait, it will be worth it!
"Good News, your Ferrari has arrived at port!!!" Argh! What does this mean?!?! Port of New Jersey? Port of Los Angeles? When will it be ready for pick up? I've gotta just put this out of my mind for now. Anyone for golf?
Australian Ferrari deliveries are by air... a little more expensive than ship but much quicker Wish I had an FF on order
