Magnifique Patrick! I have seen some Meri Kit F40 LMs that really made me question the quality of the transkit but obviously in the hands of a skilled builder, the end result is just great. Thanks Patrick.

Patrick, your collection is truly amazing, it would be nice if one day you could post a picture of all your cars together, as you display them...i know, probablay it´s impossoble to catch them all in one shot but, i would really like to see how do you display them....anyway, congratulations, the cars are stunning and the pictures are amazing, not only do you have wonderfull taste but you´re also a very skilled modeler.
I have just joined the chat and I'm truly amazed by Pat's collection. I have started collecting 1:18 Ferrari models in 2007 and I agree with Pat: I'm not collecting models of Ferrari but Ferrari models. I prefer the street version v. race cars. I also buy the higher quality models (otherwise there is too much to buy and I don't have enough space at home...). It's interesting to see from Pat's close ups how the quality of detail can vary between brands. I'm impressed by Exoto, which I do not know much about...
Exoto make some fabulous models in 1/18 particulalry of older F1 Ferraris and other notable race cars. Check out their website: http://www.exoto.com/s/1/
Thanks to all, to pass here. Joe, the transkits Merikits is perfectible but they give original versions. Hawaiian35, if you like 348, some others will come. Furoni, thank you for your comments. I have plan to make photographs of group but different works must be before done. Perugino, thank you and welcome. From my point of view Exoto is what is made of better. Kiwiboy shows you the way. Pat, i tried to find this make (v 12 sportmodels) but i couldn´t find it, do they have a site on internet?...the car is awsome, and sports cars 1/18 from the 50s annd 60s are my favourite but i´m missing many of them....
Pedro, follow this road : https://sites.google.com/site/v12sportmodels/ and particularly this way : https://sites.google.com/site/v12sportmodels/v12-sport/ferrari/250-testarossa-60-le-mans-1960-n-17
Yes they are. You're right, Rob. The base is the same as MG for #9 and #11 winner of Le mans 1960... V12models and MG are working "together" for a long time... V12models was called RedRunModels and MDS Racing by the past.
