Preface; I am not affiliated with any of the following companies - I will not make a penny off of any order.

    Carbon Fiber Parts:

    Center Console:
    http://www.valenceusa.com/348/console.htm
    $1,675.00

    Mirror Triangles:
    http://www.valenceusa.com/348/mirror.htm
    $325.00

The reason I chose Valence for the Triangles and the Console is that they are direct replacements, not stuck on top of the old parts - most of the other companies had 3M backs that just stuck on top (take a look at some of the other companies).

    Shift Knob:
    http://www.ferraricarbon.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1&products_id=44
    $220.00

Real CF shift knob with the gears on top.

    Door Sill Set:
    http://www.macarbon.com/348-doors.html
    $1,050.00

    ----

I haven't seen any of the CF in person - I've been told they all look very good. I hope they somewhat match each other - since I used 3 different sources, I'm sure it's not 100% perfect - but neither is the car ;)

    ----

I also ordered the Carbon Fiber Airbox cover from captglen:

    http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=344370

    $775.00

Hopefully these go into production shortly!

    -----

That being said - anyone else that plans CF stuff for the 348 - obviously, I'm interested. A front spoiler for the car in CF (already made) is a waste as I'm sure I'll crack it again, and I already bought the guards from Ricambi to hopefully avoid another costly repair to my front bumper.

    Thanks,
    Erik

Carbon fiber is nice, but those prices are straight-up retarded!! I spent $80 for enough Di-NOC to do my center console, triangles, gauge cluster and door sills (and still have some large pieces left over), and I think it looks awesome!

No hidden slam in there Erik, if I had your seemingly unlimited funds, I would have probably went with real CF too.

It wasn't an option as one of my mirror triangles was cracked, as was part of the center console and one of my door sills.

She's starting to come together quite nicely. I'll be interested to see how the interior looks with all of these carbon fiber pieces in it; should give it quite the updated feel.

Between the carpet and the seats, I'm going for the 'rustic' look ;)

Not bad. Only took 12 pages and $108K for the car to get the clutch it came in for.

    Just kidding, awesome work guys!

Hey is that some sort of sealant I see coming from the head gasket? Could just be the angle of the picture......

I added some silicone to help seal it up. It has been pressure tested to confirm a good head gasket seal. We can now continue on assembling this motor finally.

To keep the buckets from falling out when turning it over. I shimmed them and do not want to mix everything up.
