I think that's a P111 but it's hard to have a good idea as some photo came from the web, the last photo are from a P111 that was for sale some years ago in Spain and is now in France.
I ask to the seller for having the body number.

Car originally sold in Spain. I also know of two P300, also sold new in Spain, which have some USA features as side markers. Possibly they began life as P111, but at the factory and before leaving it, were changed to P300 specs.

It seems that the factory made more body for the states that they sold so body with side markers was used for other market, it's the same for the rubber bumper.
aps> have you got more information about P300 sold in Spain, chassis number, photo...

The head gasket and others need replaced (I believe)... They are around $500 or $600 bucks - but the problems (didn't look that hard) was finding someone to do the work - I didn't have any mechanic that I trusted, lost my dealer plate and didn't register it... I was actually at the mechanics shop and it was leaking coolant - I instantly shut it off and trailered it home - drained all of the fluids and has been sitting in my garage covered ever since. Hope this helps...
