Can I throw my hat in the ring? [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mcenYJZY0K4&feature=related[/ame] Here is a brief Countach video by the crazy members of the Countach Car Club in Japan. Includes flame-throwing Countachs, that Blu Acapulco downdraft Annivesario, and even a glimpse of the Walter Wolf Countach 1120148.. Enjoy!
I just nominated this thread for FChat Thread of the Month. Hope it gets some love for the next newsletter. http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=313493

That's alot of Countachs. I hope they all survived the tsunami. Some really nice looking stuff, thanks for the links.
To make it easier, here are the 2 Countach video reviews I did for my show. The first was a few years back with my 84 and the next is my current DD Anniversario. Jeff, THAT is an excellent video. "To focus on any negatives misses the essence of this car." Great line; who care if you can't see back. The only thing, down here we use long "a" sound like in "father" not "a" like in "apple" when saying Countach. Must be a Canadian thing... See you on the playground.
Well, he didn't quite vanish! The Pantera led for over 7 minutes of the video, then obviously got caught up behind another slower Pantera, then never got back into the race. I think the lead Pantera had some mechanical problems....but anyway, it is cool to see a Countach lead, no less, an early LP400!!
Peter, Joe, and Jeff, thanks for videos, all very nice. Jeff awsome reviews, I share your passion for the cars. Well done. Do you still have the 928S4, mentioned in your other cars owned section of your profile?
I can relate to the pic on the left. I have the radiators out of my car right now and I can see the smooth lines intended before they figured out they needed the elephant ears to pull in the air to keep it cool. Pic on the left ...who won???
But the car was delivered new to Belgium importer Hollebeq, it even was pictured with a big "B" sticker from Belgium, so Steve might have bought it from Hollebeq?
Hi Emilio! Yes, it's a small world! it looks like the car still had the Lais bright blue interior, including blue dashboard, blue steering wheel and even blue seatbelts. It looks like it got a brand new interior, when transformed to the original LP400 delivery specs. Do you know who did the restoration? Ciao! Marcello
yes, it did interior done by Paratelli body by a shop here close....Bachelli may be?? engine, mecanics GB lambo service
