Yeah, fortunately for all of us it was a slow day. The local Cops are really cool considering how much crap they have to deal with on a recurring basis. Police fatalities up 13 percent in 2011; Florida leads nation http://www2.tbo.com/news/news/2011/dec/28/police-fatalities-up-13-percent-in-2011-florida-le-ar-341308/
Got pulled for no front tag. After the stop I asked the cop if he wanted to switch cars and I could chase him around for awhile. He laughed and said he wish he could. He did say to be careful merging back into traffic. I said it is a 55 zone and I might have to give it a little gas to be safe and that might get me above 55. He said it was ok but don't push it. The car was at operating temp so I gave it some gas and got to about 70 in a hurry as I was slowing down a young guy in a Mustang in the next lane looked at me and said "your the F'ing man". I guess it looked pretty cool when you see a Ferrari getting pulled over and the guy speeds off from the cop. Image Unavailable, Please Login
I got pulled over by the German Police exiting one of the Auto Bahns for Fuel. They thought that I was trying to out run them!! No Ticket, just a routine check. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
*sigh* Ok fine...we weren't exactly pulled over by the police, but we parked in front of one that had its lights on so I decided to take a photo. The car is owned by Michael L. He's a member on here (F458Italia). High-res: http://www.flickr.com/photos/folkphotography/5899711503/ -G.B. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Morning of my wedding in 2010. Was legit speeding, but IMO in a relatively safe place and manner. No mercy from the copper.... passenger did get a nice pic and good story to take home to Germany. Image Unavailable, Please Login
On an exotics run but not with the Ferrari. Cops pulled over all the black Porsches and let the Ferraris go. I call prejudice!! Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
I like to stop them at least 3 at a time! This was group of Chicago area Ferraris (FChatters) that I had to the station for a tour. We each got to check out each other's cars! That's my son and daughter getting their first seat time in a Ferrari. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
The Swiss Police recently confiscated several Ferraris due to speeding. Here's a shot taken 3rd April 2011 in Bellinzona (Italian speaking part of Switzerland), several 458s were confiscated, they all had non-Swiss license plates. Marcel Massini Image Unavailable, Please Login

Sometimes up to six months or even more. Depending on the fine and when the owner pays the fine. Fines depend on your yearly income and your wealth (tax declaration). There have been cases where people had to pay several hundred thousands of Swiss Francs. One guy with a Testarossa whose wealth was taxed at 30 Million USD$ had to pay more than three hundred thousand Swiss Francs plus all the costs for the law suit and all the court fees (and they were huge). In addition the drivers license will also be confiscated or cancelled, sometimes for several years. Better behave in Switzerland. No fun here. Marcel Massini

I remeber that. Our "355" train passed you guys just as you got pinched. I swear you could hear the "that could have been us" gasp from all the cars even over the noise of the traffic. That day for sure boosted = busted.
I was just taking photos of my car in that industrial location when some police officers came to check out my car. I told them to put the cruiser in for some photos
