I decided against going Hub style with a full on ricer wing and instead opted for a more subtle approach with just a spoiler.

Okay, truth be told, the F40 is probably my 2nd or 3rd favorite car behind the GT40 and Miura. I saw and rode in one in 1991. Stunning car. I would most definitely have the F40 over any modern Supercar without a doubt. Parking one beside my GT40 err CRX would pretty much complete my dream car garage. I love both cars and am lucky to own both. If you only talk appearance the FGT wins hands down against almost any.car. The performance while good is nothing like a ZR1. It has 638 hp and a lot of torque. The Zr1 also has a stability mode that keeps the front end pointed in the proper direction under heavy power. The appearance of the ZR1 is very dated in my view and needs a complete redesign. As someone posted a person needs to repect this car. It is the fastest car I have driven with the exception of the mosler which by the way is a ZR1 motor in a lighter car and so forth. As you point out the FGT can put down power very well because of design. The stability mode evens that out and then it becomes a HP race. Lee
Thanks. Possibly the reason so many mod their FGT's. They have plenty of power to be fun IMHO. Funny the zr1 is a touch dated but it's a Corvette. They can't stray too far.b I also believe the newer shell is the best looking Corvette to date. Enjoy
with all due respect, this isn't the first time GatorFL has handed out a questionable ban. Is Luke a troll? Yes. Is he malicious? I dunno. tough call but I don't think I would have banned him.
I stand behind the few bans I've issued on this forum--each and every one. This isn't Luke's first ban for trolling. FWIW, we do get feedback on bans, sometimes users disagree with the ban and they email Rob. I have adjusted or unbanned a couple of people after they've explained themselves. I don't expect that I will have proper perspective on everything I encounter here. As far as I know Luke has not plead his case so my assumption is that he accepts he's guilty as charged.
Appreciate the thought but he will be back soon and hopefully his demeanor will change after some much-needed time off.
No disrespect to Luke but I think the ban was proper and a very light hand slap. It will be over soon and Luke will be back. He is funny and a nice guy but just got carried away. Not aimed at Luke but the problem with this forum is you never know if the advice you are getting is from a very young kid. All forums have this problem but FC has more because of the draw to Ferraris. Having said that I enjoy this forum alot and I have made freinds through this outlet. Lee
