Im on the right side facing the motor should i put my feeler gauge on the left of the tensioner or on the right of the tensioner where the lip is higher? That's strange. I can open the thread and see the pictures. Hmmmmm? Have you tried closing FChat and reopening? ( I'm guessing now.)

I tried on my iphone and I can see the pic... very weird.

Now let me ask a nob question... Is this how the tension on the cam belt is to be set for a 355? I mean with the gap gauge and not with a belt tension tool?

I have always used the feeler gauges.

I took this method straight from the workshop manual : ). I suppose one could use a tensioning tool, but I don't remember the WSM giving a tensioning spec. I'm not anywhere near my copy of the manual, or I would let you know what page to look on.
