Hi guys, do any of you know the standard price of the Scuderia Rims (Dark Grey version)?

I have just brought a Scuderia and I'm planning to have the gold rims painted to dark grey by the retailer, but I would also like a spare set of wheels just in case. I've asked the dealer the price but I want a second opinion from you guys, the experts.

    Thanks guys.

Once in a while a set or two pops up on eBay selling for cheap. Usd$2800-3200 range. Sure. They may be used and need a fresh coat of paint. But the price is too good to resist. Be careful though, some tend to be bent. All boils down to luck.

If you're buying used and it's for a Scud then make sure you are getting the correct wheels. Ferrari also make them as a Scud look alike wheel for standard 430 but they are a different size (fronts only I think) to clear the larger brakes and to take the wider tyres.

Goodonya Russ for pointing that out. Thank god I bought the scud spec wheels and not the scud style wheels since now my carbon brakes are on route.

FoA had a used set that they were trying to sell on behalf of the customer a few months ago. You could try giving them a call. Ask for Ken Erwin.

There are still a few sets on ebay that are brand new from authorized ferrari dealers... I have been thinking about getting a spare set as well. $4500.00 is about your worst case. Seen them NEW as low as $3600.00

Sounds about right. I paid $3350 or so for mint condition F430 oem wheels with centercaps and new RE50A tires shipped on Ebay.

Hopefully you don't need to buy lug bolts, Ferrari wants $800 for the set of standard, non TI ones! I got them from Racambi for a better deal, but they were still damn expensive!

You sure? I have only seen these in "Scuderia Style" (7-1/2") wheels. I would agree that you can easily find Scuderia-Style ones.
