Before Colin bought this car, it was owned by a frenchman living in tasmania .... I wonder if that's the cause of the confusion?
Hmmm.....that is a new one on me. There were never very many 246s down my way back then, but there was at least one metallic green (now in Sydney), one or white and one silver that I do know of. No Rosso that I know of - we had taste - and not much money!
Sorry, but I beg to differ. There is the world famous "Australian Kiss". This is exactly the same as a French Kiss, except it is delivered... down under.
Just had delivery of my book "Dino Compendium". Its nothing short of magnificent and I'd highly recomment to any enthusiast, only available online at http://www.dino-book.com/ Oh, I think A$180k will be seen as low when we reflect back. Comparable car from UK would be over $200k before you even begin to think about GST and LCT. And I notice Mike Sheehan, contrary to expectations, indeed get over $300k for a restored 246GTS.
Thanks, looks great, just put an order in. Considering 246s were selling for 250K+ a few years back, yep $180k for a sorted car is good buying
No, just a full list of numbers broken down by different versions. Very comprehensive. When you order you are sked for the chassis number of the car you own...if you do !! GREAT book !
$25k wholesale BTW it is a stunning car, the Dino is the reason I'm a Ferrari person ... who cares if it's "not a Ferrari"
Who says they're not a Ferrari?* - why, two of them combined have the correct number of cylinders.. * yes I know, it was Enzo.
Yes. Car needs to settle a bit more after jacking - looks really fat from behind. Image Unavailable, Please Login
