I think this would be a difficult query as they are limited, but what would be the market values for both 08 or 09 scuderias? For 08, with and with US carbon package.

I am willing to pay extra just to have the right optioned car, but need some guidance where to start.

I wish I can keep my F430 coupe but I have limited garage space right now and also it does not make sense to keep them both.

For those You just bought their scuds, can you give a ball park what you paid? Thanks

Paying their asking price would be high. There was at least one F-chatter who attempted to buy that car...with no success. There have 3-4 buyers here over the past 4-6 weeks. Do a search and you will find their threads on their new cars and you already have the price guide thread.

I will repeat the common (but not universal) wisdom that IF you find the exact car in terms of color/options/condition/history that you want, it is unlikely that you will find another just like it...and, many here will say "don't lose that $200k ish car over a few thousand dollars".

F430GT has posted his pricing formula in the price guide thread and many recent buyers (and me when negotiating/looking) have found it to be pretty accurate. Track that down or PM him. I can tell you that a few of the recent sales have been more-or-less consistent with his formula.

Sage advice.... I missed the black with red interior, 1 of 1 made, and I cannot find another I like as much.
But...I need to stop being picky and get one!

At this point in life, I would pay extra for things I really like.

    BUT...

there is still a common denominator....

How much are people paying for them, I would add 10T to make a deal.

    is 10T = $10,000?

(Ive never seen a "T" used as shorthand for any dollar amount)

If "yes", then you will have no problem. I'll make it simple, recent sales have been largely in this range (a very, very few # of outliers also):

    2008 = $175-185k
    2009 = $190-200k

If you offer somewhere in that range + $10k, you should get a "yes" from any seller I've seen.

I can't be more specific because the color, options, mileage, year all can make a several thousand dollar difference on a specific car.

Finally - Please - read/find F430GT's formula. As I already posted above, it is pretty darn accurate. Get that and apply it to whatever you are looking for and it will certainly be within $10k of where a seller will part with their car.

I missed a Scuderia a few weeks ago for $207 at Miller Motorcars.

It was a 2009, 1 owner Rosso Corsa, 1,355 miles, grey stripe & wheels, Carbon (of course), black interior.

Yup, a 1k 'ish" mile example in resale red or silverstone (it seems) with a stripe and alcantara interior would be $205k in F430GT's model IIRC. So pretty spot on, for the "best" Scud out there.

Also, I was offered a car very similar to that one but with closer to 3k miles and tech fabric for $195k last week (I didn't negotiate from there, but I assume there was a little room). His formula is $2 per mile, that would make it $204k with 1k miles and alcantara. I do think the Miller car sold a bit higher than market, but again - that was my point above - as a buyer, if you find the one you want, a percentage point or 2 (a few thousand dollars on a $200k car) is worth it to ensure you secure what you want.

    10T for me means $10k.

My only problem I have not seen a car I really like.

There is a ferrari dealer car that is 20k overpriced. I will wait.

I just looked at ebay, autotrader, and Cars.com and noticed much of the Scud (coupes) inventory have dried up. I would bet that starting March the market will get more competitive as spring fever sets in....now is the time to negotiate a good price.

Nice! Wonder how I missed that? Must be a new listing? Might be tough now that I splurged on a 612...but definately worth checking into.

Nevermind..I did see this one. No stripe.

Could someone break down the market price on this car using F430GT's guide?

    http://www.ferraribeverlyhills.com/cars/inventory/preowned/2008-ferrari-430-scuderia-bianco-fujigray-161471.aspx

    VIN: ZFFKW64A580161471

Asking is $219k (a major stretch in my opinion, especially with the Lake Forest Scuds that just sold)

    Specs:
08 Scud, no US Carbon, 2222 miles
No stock radio (aftermarket JVC), no stock exhaust (Tubi)
    Sticker was ~$330k

    How would you value:
    Alcantara covering corner kick panels
    Bianco Fuji (pearl white)

Do you start with $165k for 08, no US carbon, less than 5000 miles before you add on all the extras?

Start with $185K for 2008 Scuderia, w/ stripes, no carbon package
    - $4,444 for mileage
+ $5,000 for white; this could be more however b/c its Bianco Fuji which is special order pearlescent.

= Market value of $185,500. His pricing model doesn't really account for anything aftermarket (radio, exhaust, etc.), nor does it factor in the BATA option (alcantara kick panels).

Perhaps because of the special color and the other aftermarket components (positive for some, negative for others), may be more like $192-195K. Would be nice if you can get your hands on the original stereo and exhaust. I think the car is on consignment, isn't it?

    Cheers,

    DL

Consigned. Color was ok. My wife thought I'd get tired of the pearl color. No stock parts was a deal breaker for me.
