430 radio code procedure

unplugged battery - took the car for a ride last Saturday. Radio asks for "4 digit code" ... and my Becker radio card doesn't have a 4 digit code on it. It has 5 digit and a bunch of random numbers. Can anyone advise me where the code is on the little card? I tried 3 times, no dice.

Take a picture of what you are looking at. Worst case, take it to a stereo shop, have them use the 2 little keys to remove the radio and write down the serial number. Call Ferrari of Seattle and they will contact Becker and get your code. Takes just a couple of days.

Where did you buy the car?

 

I have a 2001 360; my two 'Becker cards' are stapled in the Ferrari book shown - not in the Becker books. There is also a 4 and a 5 digit code - the 5 digit one works on my CD/radio, not sure what the 4 digits do, I have never needed it.

The code for the 360 radio is 4 digit, is the radio code for the F430 5 digit?

I got my radio code from it. Just need the serial number off your radio. And it's just a couple bucks.

 

beckerautosound.com has them for 20 dollars. Get the serial number and call them, get it on phone at same time.

 

They used to not charge? Is this something that has happened recently?

 

I can handle it for free for f chat members... Just give me the serial #
