... all 4 in the same parking garage in River North with similar vanity plates. Sheesh. They must spend $1k each month on parking alone.

Think I saw that same Maybach at LFSC when I was there this afternoon.

On my way home I saw a black Tesla on Army Trl in Bloomingdale with the license plate "ELEC CAR"

Try using music that isn't copyright protected so we can actually see the video. :)

I spent a few hours at the auto show yesterday. Nothing too exciting. I didn't see any F-Cars. Lamborghini Club America had a display. There were a couple of Mclarens, a Lotus and a few Maseratis. Porsche also had a few cars, but no Turbos.

I was hoping to see the new NSX concept, but they did not bring it. They had 5 Lexus LFAs, probably because they can't sell it. The Lexus folks were set that all 500 cars will sell at a price of $375,000.

Also, it was interesting that every person that got out of the gullwing SLS hit their head on the door. I can't imagine that goes over well on a date.

The other thing that I thought was pretty funny was that the new Ford Fusion had a sign in the window that said something like "This Vehicle is locked for your safety". So I could get in the Audi R8, Mercedes SLS, Porsche 911 - but not a Fusion? Likewise, if they need to lock it for our safety that would suggest it is not safe to be inside of?

That's a shame because Ford is really making some great product as of late.

A little late, but I saw a 400i convertible heading north on 94 Tuesday or Wednesday. Interesting spot I think!

    Sweet!

Nice!! I didn't think there were any 400s around here! I've never seen one but in pictures they look cool.

There's a guy who owns a body shop in Glen Ellyn that I used to deliver parts to, who owned a 400i. He almost always had it parked outside the body shop and was selling it. He told me it did need some work done, I think on the exhaust. That was several years ago, and I haven't been down that street since then, so I have no idea if he still has it or what

Oh, I see. Sounds cool, but I'm sure he did sell it.

While I was in metro Detroit the last few days I spotted a white Puegot RCZ and a new Citroen C6 in black. Both were on the expressway (not together) and had manufacturer plates.

Saw that Aventador this afternoon cruising past Walgreens on Chicago. Kind of a funny story behind it which involved me with my jaw to the floor and a girl walking in that didn't realize I was gawking at the Lambo behind her :)
