Certainly have done a GREAT job of cleaning the place up.

I wonder how and where they disposed of all that rubbish, cars/buildings/boats etc.etc.

Some amazing pics in there. Like this one...........

I wonder if that's the same car, owned by the same person in this pic. Got a new car, the same model and colour of the last one crushed in the top pic.

I like the before and afters, except for the before and after with the car on the roof and on the after....the car is still on the roof.

Amazing. I have a lot of respect for the Japanese culture and the people. Of course from my geographic vantage point, it's halfway around the world, but it seems that the people have rallied and are moving forward.

When is Taiwan to clean up after flood waters. Delayed release for Nikon D800 I've been drooling over for more than a year. I just don’t see how a world leader in photographic equipment could build their pant in a flood zone.

Lots of available real estate. It might take a while but I expect there will be a "building boom" at some point.

Japanese people don't let themselves down when it comes to help their own country therefore I'm not surprised that everything is clean and nice again. Although, like already mentioned, this doesn't help against the radiation :( I feel sad for these people. It's nearly one year ago now.. somehow it feels like it's just some days ago. hm.
