I know this has been talked about in the past. But what's the general consensus about the CS with salvage title for sale in CA. Most of you know the story. I believe it has to be very aggressively priced to sell.

That's amazing considering the time of the year and not much inventory!

damn....the CS's have appreciated in the last year. I was looking at a CS at FoS last year this time with 20 something thousand miles on it but couldnt get to $118 on the price. Settled for an '06 Gallardo SE and now similar CS's are bringing $142k? I should have waited another three months and bought a CS. lol

Low inventory, especially for winter months. No Strads up on eBay. That's pretty rare, not a single one.

Over the last year, no. But I've spent enough on it since it's purchase to the point where I could have bought a nice $145k CS. I bought the G for the reliability the Germans brought to it. But now....I really want the CS. It's not about the power or speed (or lack there of compared to the newer cars). It's more about owning a car where I wont feel compelled to sell it to buy the latest and greatest. It'd be more about owning a race car built by Ferrari for the road. Oh....and the noise (though my G with catless pipes and LOC exhaust is fairly epic in it's own right...lol). Maybe a scud in a couple of years. Still visit this thread though whenever I can. Just love the CS.

Can't remember a time when this has ever happened. Rare indeed.
