One yellow one on this board as well. 89' model. I used to drool over it when it was in Chicago at LFSC in my teenage years. This particular car has 1 of a kind features on it. Hopefully the owner will chime in with pictures and description, however I'm sure both exist already somewhere in this thread.

On the picture of the front of the car, it seems that the right light is white, while the left one is yellow (as used in France years ago).

    A bit strange, isn't it ?

A guy that I work with had a great job back in the mid to late-80's. He used to take a train every morning to the port in north Jersey and drive new Ferraris back to the factory prep facility in Aston, PA. He brought this old photo in the other day and my jaw dropped. What a gig!

I know I posted this in the 308/328 thread, but this is what black looks like after a few hours of hand detailing by yours truely. These pics really belong here in the Detailing forum.

And to answer a previous question, yes this is Jon's previous 328, #71403. Got it from Jay who got it from Jon who got it from . . .

Looks good. Isn't that a great feeling of satisfaction when you detail one of these cars? I love being in my garage late at night even just spray waxing my car. It's quick and it gives a lot of bang for the amount of time put in. I enjoy a good, old-fashioned hand waxing too, but I drive my car so much that a serious detail is almost wasted. It doesn't stay clean long enough!

Oh I hear you on that. The impulse to detail was driven (as I said in the 3x8 forum) because I got rained on and it made the light dust on the car look horrendous. I was compelled to do it; couldn't call myself a car enthusiast if I didn't. Then one thing led to another and I was doing the inside.

While I was waxing, I also realized how close my hands were to those who shaped the panels so many years ago. Even though separated by a thin barrier of time, those first hands were right there carefully guiding mine over the curves.

    God I love this car.

I took mine for a nice, long, spirited cruise through Philly and some surrounding areas tonight. It was in the 50's outside and I had the windows down. I've fallen in love with this car again.
