Saw the F1 and the F40 today, sick cars :) Also extra shout out to the staff for being extra friendly even though it was past closing time!

Yea, they're really nice there. They let me stick around after closing to see the one-77.

That's awesome! Were they in the service area, or in the showroom?

I found out today that the car was driven by both Senna and Andretti, but they put Andretti's name on the car to appeal to the American market. Apparently LFSC is getting the name switched back to Senna.

Would love it if someone could get a photo of the chassis plate inside the F1. It is chassis #031 - there's no doubt about that, but I collect pictures of their chassis plates. It is the plate just ahead of the shift lever if you are not familiar.

Here's a couple of photos of your friends car - it was chassis #069. Were you referring to TW or PC and are you aware of what eventually happened to that car? Hopefully you find your pictures too. :)

It'd be interesting to see what the red sticker says located between the gearknob and the chassis plate on #031 :)

My son and I just back out from our annual Guy's Exotic Car Day Out. Today we were able to see the new Porsche 991, the Lamborghini Aventador, a Murcielago Super Veloce, the new Ferrari FF, a 458, and a Ferrari F40 up high. Not bad eye candy but nothing topped the bartender at the Tilted Kilt in Woodridge!! Hey, a guy has to eat you know........;)

Sorry, no pics of the waitress (I think the court order forbids it :) )

Ha, love it! Very cool you take your son out like that, he's gotta have a blast.

What did you think of the FF in person?

I was hoping to like it but it did nothing for me. Over $300K for a Ferrari with a big booty! Maybe it will grow on me like the Panamera, but I doubt it.

I hear ya. I actually really liked the front of it when I first saw her. Not totally sold on the rear but it's growing a bit on me.

    I saw it!

Erik--everyone there was busy. They were setting up for the opening of their showroom. I didn't get the chance to ask anyone to open up the doors. I'm sorry :( I really wanted to but I didn't want to be a bother. I got video and pics, both should be up soon. I really wanted to sit in it.

Appreciate you trying. Hopefully you have another opportunity before the car leaves. :)

The owner of this car also owns a silver F1 - chassis #001 in fact.

Here's a photo of it from many years ago taken inside the McLaren factory.

Sure. Let's hope! He does? That's fantastic! The first!! Does he live in SoCal? Have you seen/sat in both of his cars?

Spotted a Fisker on the Frontage Rd., parallel to I94. Probably a test drive.

No - the owner of these cars is local to you. I have not had the opportunity to see either one of them unfortunately.

Is that the same car? I would be referring to TW. I heard a story about what happened to conclude his ownership but it was second hand. If you have any details I'd love to hear them. Send me a pm.

Anyone know how long the F1 will be at LFSC? I didn't get a chance to see it yesterday due to work and a graduation party but really want to go look at it

On their Facebook page they said they were not sure but that it might be there for a couple of days.

There's no guarantee of that though, so I'd suggest getting there as soon as you can. :)
