To all of you guys who recommended Marc Gold.
What happened? My daughter used his firm for a ticket from Ocala and got no points with driving school and paying the fine. That was pretty much what we expected. BT
Curious what the details were, as Marc and team has always done fantastic for me and just about everyone I sent their way.
Don't know about that incident, but she definitely is not working at any strip club. She might own some in her R.E. portfolio, but Racergirl is hugely successful. BT
It is my understanding that The Ticket Clinic operates in multiple markets throughout the US. You are not hiring Marc Gold to represent you when you retain them. Many firms collect business through referral and parcel them out to local attornies. Its not an exact science nor is hiring a lawyer a silver bullet. Some jurisdictions are more difficult than others - some are impossible - got a speeding ticket last year in Sebring in my GT3 - went online and was referred out to a local Highlands County firm. It cost me 400. In Broward it would have gotten doen for 75. thats not the fault of the firm but the jurisdiction. Try and beat a DUI in Broward, the likely outcome will be incareceration - conversely its much easier in Dade - go figure as for inferring Racergirl works in strip club - personally I expect a much higher degree of civility around here. just goes to show you cant buy couth or manners...
Hows this for manners He specialises in DUI offences and boasts in a TV advert that he was going to traffic court when rival lawyers were 'still in diapers'. But Mark Gold's sense of judgement seems to have deserted him when he spent $18,930 in one night at a strip joint in Miami. Now the 56-year-old attorney is taking the Gold Rush club to court, saying he was so drunk staff should have stopped serving him. Legal action: DUI attorney Mark Gold is suing a Miami strip club after he got drunk and spent $18,930 on one night out (file photo) The lawsuit, filed at Miami-Dade County Court, makes no mention of how the enormous bill was racked up - or how many lap dances he may have bought. Instead, he claims staff plied him with drinks so they could charge 'excessive amounts of money to his credit card.' He says he was so intoxicated he was unable to enter into 'lawful contracts or agreements', on the night out last November. Expensive habit? Lawyer Mark Gold is suing Gold Rush strip club in Miami after he spent almost $19,000 on a drunken night out in November Drinks are on me!The lawyer claims bar staff at Gold Rush plied him with drink so that they could charge more money to his credit card So Mr Gold is demanding the club's owners, Turntable Entertainment and Production Company refund all the money, plus expenses, according to a lawsuit released by the Courthouse News Service. The lawyer has carved out a niche for himself defending DUI and speeding offences, opening specialist firm the Ticket Clinic in 1987. On his website, he boasts the firm - which has 17 branches across Florida - has defended more than one million traffic tickets. Proud claim: In a TV advert for his legal firm, The Ticket Clinic, Mark Gold boasts he was going to traffic court when his rivals were 'still in diapers' And, in the television advert, he urges prospective clients: 'Don't trust your driver's licence to some kid fresh out of law school.' In the lawsuit, filed on April 18, he claims: 'Gold Rush knowingly and continuously served plaintiff alcoholic beverages to the extent that he was rendered intoxicated, partially or temporarily unconscious, and further to the extent that he had a complete loss of judgment, rational thought, or ability to enter into lawful contracts or agreements. 'Defendant knew, or should have known, of plaintiff's intoxicated state, having caused it.' thanks for sharing! that's an interesting incite. I am a little slow but tell me - what does that have to do with inferring Racergirl is a stripper? I stand by my statement
it was a dumb statement from him but if she wanted, Racergirl could rip him to shreds. but that is nice trying to defend her. btw, your party was great last week.
Not so if you ask me Fred: after speaking to Mark himself and getting reassured by him that all would be resolved, he left me hanging high and dry with a complete idiot who had no clue of the case. I would not recommend the Ticket Clinic and Mark Gold to an enemy.
I've used them twice. Once it worked, once it didn't. I currently have a ticket with him and his team...but I rack 'em up pretty quickly, so who knows what the outcome will be? I just wanna go fast. Haha. I'm buying a V1 soon. The way it works is that if you've received a ticket within the past year, they don't guarantee that their services will be effective. If you have NOT received a ticket within the past year and you are in specified counties, it's guaranteed. You have to read the fine print. I would also have to guess that it depends on the county and severity of the offense. Was it a speeding ticket? If so, how fast were you going?
