I like the rear a lot. Very futuristic and Alfa Romeo-ish.

The side profile looks like if the F12 is longer than a 599 (even tough they are practically the same), but that's cool with me, I like the "grand" in grand tourers :)

Don't like the F12 name, sounds too much like a keyboard button or a F1 car...

Also, it reminds me of the Aston Martin One-77, because of the performance figures.

740 hp... 740 naturally aspirated hp... 740 hp in a street legal car anyone can buy and which they will sell thousands of... 40 more hp than in the flagship Lamborghini... Almost 100 more than in the previous super-flagship (Enzo)... S***.

As I said in the other thread, the F12 is the new twoseater, frontengined 12 cylinder and should therefor remain in this section. Or so I believe.

    I like it. I think.

But is it just me or is Chris Bangle's "flame surfacing" of BMW's from 10 years ago being utilized here?

The overall shape is wonderful. And I am sure that in person, it will be breathtaking. But I am not sure I like all the curvy creases all over the bodies of all the Ferrari models now.

Is it automotive art? Or automotive design desperation? I for one am not sure.

The passenger display is pretty subtle, what don't you like about it? Now the main display is pretty busy and I could see why it would rub people the wrong way; there's just so much going on in that area that it borders on overkill.

just seems like a trivial novelty that disrupts the interior in a cheap manner. Probably have to remove the dash when the bulbs burn out :)

Agree. Should be deleted in a focused, GTO version.

+1. It's ridiculous. I can't believe Ferrari are pushing this option.

In those pics it looks like the FF's 'hot' sister.

Can someone do a side by side posting of the F12 vs the FF?

    I'd also be interested to see a side-by-side line up of F12, 599, 575, 550.

I like it a lot. Still unsure of the lower-mid section of the rear bumper, and I wish they lifted the rear decklid just a tad, similar to the GTO's duck tail look.

But other than that, it's fantastic!

So where does the license plates go?

The rear is going to look silly with a license plate where it has "Ferrari" and a front plate is going to be a real problem.

Where is the hand brake, on the left again? I can't see it in the pictures

Rear looks like it will fit Euro or North American plates just fine... Front is another story.

I'm sure the hand brake is an electronic button like most modern cars.

Maybe that´s being kept for an F12 GTO in a couple of years time?

Yeah maybe. But a little lift would have been nice. It's just too straight across.

I really want to see a side by side of F12b with the 599 similar to te one we saw of the 550 and 599.
