Hi guys, I have rendered what I think a racing version of the new F12 might look like, any comments are appreciated :) (by the way hi, I'm Rick).

Like where you've put the colour break. I wonder if Ferrari will use that natural line for their bi-colour option.

I hope someone does race this car.

    It does look nice.

welcome to FChat. Nice job transforming it; looks great!
    A couple thoughts:
    lower it slightly
the front spoiler should be a bit more aggressive/racey
love the driver's name, can't wait to see him again in 2 weeks at Melbourne :)

Nice render! I hope it'll be raced again, shame the 599 never was.

It is interesting people tried to race the 550 and not the 599. I wonder why?

By the time the 599 came out the GT1 class that it was most suitable was already in decline (and effectively disappeared at the end of 2011).

The 430 and 458 are I guess a more suitable base for GT2 and GT3?

As for the F12 I would assume it will either have to breath through a straw and/ or carry about a tonne of ballast to be eligible for any of the current GT classes

Yeah bummer. Would like to see front engine Ferrari killing the Corvette and Aston

Right I've got a second version ready, does anyone know how to put a picture so it appears within a post? Saves me using an outside website.

Nice job so far! Remember to resize the mirrors to carbon fiber racing mirrors.

Not carbon fibre but from a 430 challenge, still more racy than the standard ones.

Looks nice, but the wheels are oversized. Biggest size wheels are 18" in modern GT racing series. F1 is even smaller. Try the wheels from the 599XX. Also I think the car would need a bigger front splitter and carbon side steps. Look to the 458 GTE car for examples. Just trying to further it so it'll be as close as possible to what a real model would look like.

    Welcome and nice job.

I'm looking forward to someone putting side exhausts out the front quarter panel. Playing with that line there.

    Superb work!

I like both paint schemes for the track car but I think I would stick with monotone for the road car.

Looks better. I think the rear of the car should have just an open diffuser look to it. Also the exhausts would look good directly behind the front tires integrated into the gills.

If it goes to be homologated...would be a BEAST and very beautiful...
