That doesn't look like a real Cayenne that has been shortened/modified to me. It looks like a hatchback that has been given a bad Cayenne bodykit.

I notice the cameraman seems very careful not to catch any shots of the interior.

+1. I think your correct.

A couple things I noticed:
-the calipers don't say Porsche on them
-it appears to be way too low
-the wheel base is much too short
-the little bit of the interior that we did see, showed that the seats look very close together, making me think that the vehicle also isn't wide enough either.

Still kinda cool though.
