MY 348 windows take for ever to go up and still don't quite reach the top unless I help by pulling on the glass. Any ideas as to how to improve? I understand there is a 'ground' problem and there is a kit to repair this deffect. Any information will be appreciated. Thx.

We offer some window accelerators (I used them in my 348 too, with much success) at Ricambi America. They are designed and manufactured in England by Frazer Smith, who invented these relay boxes:

I had a very slow passenger window and found the problem to be in the switch. Took it apart and cleaned it with contact cleaner and it works fine.
