We just finished this awesome model for Ferrari. It is available in two sizes - 1/4 scale as showing - which is a mighty 35" long, or in 1/8 scale with opening doors and case, measuring 22" long. These are available 'built to order' so you can have one made to match your new car. It is showing below in the lovely 'Rosso Berlinetta' a three layer color.

Most other new Ferraris are available in the same series and can be seen at:

These models are done using CAD files from Ferrari - they are fully approved and licensed. We had the plans for the car around 2 months ago......this large model was just finished a few weeks ago.

    Glad you like it.

This is a biased question, but can you ask them to do a Dino model? :)

So you actually knew 2 months ago how the car was exactly going to look like? Did you have a confidentiality agreement also with Ferrari or anything similar?

Yes confidentiality contracts need to be signed so that these secret designs do not get out. You have to respect these - you can't bite the hand that feeds you!

BTW is the correct nomenclature F12Berlinetta all together or separate F12 Berlinetta ? I have seen both.

Shawn as you can imagine I would love a large Dino myself....I do have the next best thing the large 1/8th Ferrari 156 F1 with DINO engine :)

The official model designation from F is F12berlinetta with a lower case B and no spacing. That's how you'll find it written inside the car on the panels. However, when it is written on paper for news articles etc., I believe (99% certain) F12 Berlinetta with a space in between is creditable, although F12berlinetta still can be used of course. I'll check my press releases from Ferrari to see how they spell it there.

Thanks. BTW - the larger version of this model is 46" long - not 3' as mentioned earlier. Sorry for the typo!

Ferrari North Europe (my press releases) only spell it F12berlinetta, or F12BERLINETTA in all capitals (titles of releases). However, F12 Berlinetta has become a widespread way of spelling it, most publications spell it this way. IMO, F12 Berlinetta looks a lot better (prettier) that F12berlinetta.

    Awesome Morry!

    I didn't notice that until Morry's post, I just assumed F12 Berlinetta.

I'll chime in and vouch for the craftsmanship on these models: I had Morry build two models based on my 430 Scuderia Track Edition. The attention to detail is mind blowing, well worth the money and wait if you're looking to memorialize your car. The model makers even added details on my car that I had overlooked when I sent them the pix for rendering.

It's kind of like how Testa Rossa became testarossa in the 80's. I think it's a cool, modern way to make a name. Dare I say, kind of like iPad or MacBook Pro.

Nice, nice model. One day, one day.
