These are mine from the front of the tap room at PB this past summer. I was really impressed with the performance specs quoted by the Porsche reps, but was disappointed that the derivative car is quoted as being a convertible rather than utilizing the door treatment of the concept car. Nice, intelligent people to talk with. The pricing quoted topped the most expensive Ferrari model in the current lineup. I hope you enjoy the pics. This car made the afternoon happy hour even more enjoyable. Best, David

Very cool and much better than their relatively subdued sliver and red livery.

    Thanks; interesting video found there...

That rear wing really adds that street racer look to it. One of the best wheels for the 997 as well.

While these cars are incredible and have very impressive racing legacy, what would you do with it? who could drive them? more than likely not the new owner.

Why would they not be able to drive them? Plenty of people out there with the skills and assets to enjoy each of them....

2.2 liter 500hp., single turbo, rear engine, high center of gravity car.
First I am not a race car driver or tester, But early turbo cars were not easy drivers, One had to know in advance when you might want the power and start feeding it in before you need it in anticipation of when you need it to not spin out. I guess right foot breaking would work. I imagine skills not the average week end hot shoe has. IMHO

I believe PRAY is the word I would use vs your choice of driver had to KNOW in advance when you want the power to feed :)

Love the Fuchs and the ducktail spoilter! The black hood can go though.
