    On the passenger side, the door will not open from the outside handle although it will open from the inside handle. Is this common? Easy or hard fix?

    True! Thanks to SpiderScott, and other contributors to that thread, it's a do-able job but it's a bit of a PIA!

    Easier in the OP's case as he can open the door from the inside. Difficulty levels rise when you can neither open it from inside or outside and have to stip the door card with the door still closed! Grrrr!
