2012 Australian GP: Practice 1/2/3 *** Spoilers ***

Nico's car has seemed really dodgy thus far. It seemed like he had a lot of oversteer earlier. It will be interesting to see him go out on the mediums or softs to see if they can hone in on the problem.

 

The conditions suck!......

I'm watching the Sky coverage and in an interview with the HRT team principle the dude said (I don't remember his name and he didn't speak confidently at all like a principle should), that they simply failed to get Pedro's car ready in time for P1, and that they have EIGHTY PERCENT new staff this year!!!!

 

This is IT boys and girls. Here's wishing for a safe and exciting season of mindlessly wasting petrochemicals!!!!

The f-ducts are very clearly working for Mercedes as their sector top speeds and trap top speeds are eons beyond anyone else. Trap speed is 312kph. For comparison, last year's top speed on the straight was around 310kph during qualifying.
