The McLaren is a rocket ship, hopefully the Benzs were holding back some. Plus Button was only 1 km/h off MS in the speed trap
I believe Red Bull have yet to show what they have of course. Mclaren and perhaps Merc are going to give them a good fight though.
Oh mercy me. From the reports at testing it sounded like the cars were going to be a handful, again. From what you guys are reporting and the Massa spin (at freakin' practice no less), it looks like this season is going to be a handful. There's a tear in my beer. -F
No one is showing anything yet. I'm looking at sector times and it's basically all over the places in terms of data which makes no sense if a driver were fast in one sector which is similar to another sector, yet not quick there. Sandbags anyone, especially Red Bull. It's going to be shown at Q3 and no less I think.
No surprises, some are sandbagging and others not so much, everyone will have their hopes up, and then the red bulls will obliterate everyone at Q3... Ferrari is struggling really bad though... Did really Massa asked the enginers if something was wrong with the car at the radio after his crash? because it felt "strange"?
alonso gone rallying the car is much worst to drive than last year..im feeling even merc will be faster than ferrari this weekend
James Allen just said Mercedes wasn't running their magic rear wing in FP1 Makes me wonder if they'll be even faster later, or maybe the idea's a dud. Looks like plenty of rain still... http://www.bom.gov.au/products/IDR024.shtml
