    Was actually during the Medical and Safety Car practice, turns out one of my classmates from high school is actually driving one of the medical cars, Anthony D.

    Aaahh I was in Pit Lane whilst the practice was on as well ;) I am assuming that your mate is driving one of the 'Victor' cars either V1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 as the actual F1 Medical car (wagon) is driven by a FIA driver. Same goes for the Safety cars as the other safety cars are driven by locals. The two cars below are only driven by the FIA personell

    Is anyone planning on meeting up? I just picked up my tickets, but they don't let us in until 10:30. So having a bit of breakfast at a restaurant across the street from the gate #1 entrance at the moment.

    I can hear the 2 seater F1 car going around the track. It's pouring with rain, and has been all night. I feel sorry for the driver and the corporate/paying passengers!!

    Yes mate, wandering around general admission as I always do on a Saturday. This year I am taking my 4 year old as well because I figure the race is a year to year proposition. He may never see it live if I don't take him this year.

    mostly enjoying the 40,as well as vespa and keeping up with F1.most likely pizza tonight as usual in lygon coz some friends are going.......scooter by far the most enjoyable way to get around,no parking issues and closest to most events.
