I first have to thank Isaac for giving me the recommending this to me and helping me accomplish this!

I am working with Kip Ewing, making custom carbon fiber parts for exotics, most notably the Ford GTX1 and occasionally the Gallardo. Today I was sanding the targa top for a GTX1 and working with the other guys to create a die for one of the parts. I was amazed at how involved the process is, but it gives me a whole new appreciation for people who do this kind of work. Spreading resin, cutting and laying fiberglass in its fabric form, spreading liquid fiberglass, the list goes on and on.

It was great too, because we were talking about music a lot of the time. It was nice to have that common ground. I think this could be a very beneficial job!
