I found these numbers somewhere.....

Ive heard around 60 in yellow, but that may just be Spiders.....

 

And don't forget 100 348ss.

 

There were also 15 more 348 SS made in 1994 some call them a Series II. Mine is #6 of 15.

Seems to be a bit of confusion here re the Serie Speciale.

the first 100 were conversions performed on standard 348's by FNA upon arrival in the US and are therefore NOT additional cars. I believe that is true for the Challenge cars also (but not positive). The second set of 15 SS's were done in Maranello.

 

The '94 Challenge cars are commonly known as "factory challenge" and had areas pre-cut for roll cage installation. IIRC, that is the main difference between the f.c. and a regular 348. Malex can clear that one up if I'm off base

Thanks for the stats. Interesting stuff. Re the 130 RHD figure - is that number correct? Iwould have thought there would have been a lot more RHD 348 tb's produced.

how many of each model are still on the road? And how many of those are clean cars and not salvaged? I would would really think that would be interesting information for us to have.

 

Hard to believe there are only 1090 Spiders!!! Seems to be the most common of all the variants in the real world!

The vin and color combo of My 1994 348 Spider, built February 1993 is Blu Scuro / grey is 96764.

I believe there are two yellow 348 ts' in Sweden currently.

This came from a list NNO posted on here a while back. Just to be clear that the RHD counts are a bit misleading because the numbers generally come from figures released by the UK importer and are just for UK cars not all RHD markets.
