I've seen that and it looks great, especially when the leather matches. However, in my case, I prefer to have the extinguisher be as visible and obvious as possible.

Maybe add some wheel spacers in the final details? The rims look a lil' skinny sunk into the body especially in the rear.

NIIIICE thread. I'm surprised to find something like this on a Fcar forum.

Fab, any idea on how durable the carbon dip is?

Yeah, looks like I'm gonna be the guinea pig on this one. I'm even going to attempt the crazy idea of doing the calipers also.

If it doesn't last, we'll all know not to do it and I can basically repaint everything and that will be the end of the carbon dip experiment as far as I'm concerned.

For now, I'm quite excited about it and plan on doing it early next week.

I'd like to get a high-temp clear coat done at the body shop. Is there such a product designed for use in a paint room and not from a spray can? Does anyone know?

    Very nice :)

    I have two questions:
    1) Is there any problems with catless configuration? Didn't engine failure lamp lights up?
    2) Where did you take the black stripe on door?

My car is a 95 so there are no warning lights with my catless setup.

As for the black stripe, my body shop took care of that and did a great job.
