Sacramento Drive to Ferrari Challenge

I'm driving down on friday and tracking on saturday. was a great drive last year sorry to miss it. probably driving back Sunday AM so might see you in the opposite direction

 

The FCA and FofSF are getting together on Sunday. Do we want to join in with them or just go on the Saturday again? Any thoughts? I don't care which day we go.

Looks like a bunch of us are going to make a repeat of last year. A Saturday run down to Ferrari Challenge event. I understand that the FCA is going on Sunday, but a handful of people expressed interest in going on Saturday so that they could make Euro$unday or whatever.

Where would everybody like to meet? Or usual spot, Peets Coffee & Tea at Fountains Shopping Center Roseville? I really hope we can get a large turnout for the drive to the track. I love the feeling of safety of traveling in large numbers

Reminder, don't forget your head-sock and helmet for the sporting laps!

I'll be at the track all weekend again. However, this time, I WILL NOT BE WORKING! I will be running around for 3 days with my cameras. I got screwed last year and got stuck working the event all weekend. See everyone there!

Looks like around an hour and a half to Infineon. FXX and 599XX start at 0900. Touring starts at 1045. 0800 is fine with me. I believe we met at Peets by Nugget Market last year. What do you guys think?

Meet up a 15 minutes prior to 8am, we can meet Orrie and other Sacramento folk on our way.

I'm coming - I'll meet any and all Ferraristi heading to the Challenge that morning at the Chevron on West Capitol and I-80 in West Sacramento. I'll be there by 8am, and will await the folks coming down from Roseville there.

Question from a newb: is there general admission to the Ferrari Challenge days? The Infineon web site doesn't say and the Ferrari Challenge web site mentions a $125 VIP package but nothing else. My F-car continues to be stuck in re-wiring jail and will probably not be road-worthy in time, but I would like to drop in as a civilian.

 

Called last week and they said it is $20 a person for General Admission.

 

I would love to meet up with you guys, I will heading down, Saturday with my brother. It would be cool to meet some new Tifosi. If anyone has a spare seat I would love to tag along.
