Doesn't look like they put much effort into the rear design.
Can't wait to see more actual pictures.

the whole car is evolutionary, within the Viper design theme/formula.

    I like it.

    Almost looks like Maserati taillights.

Ah, right you are! Though the Viper's look a bit slimmer than these...

The roof detail is interesting...almost like a concave version of the hump in the hood.

Not surprising coming from a guy with two 911s. ;)

I think it will be better received than the last body style. It definitely looks promising so far.

As an admitted Viper lover and former owner...

Not as great as what I was hoping for...front is looking a little goofy/japanese. Will reserve final judgment until I see better pics.

How do you feel about the last body style? My understanding is that they are not as loved as the first gen Vipers within the Viper community.

I thought most of the complaints about the last gen Viper was regarding the convertible, not the coupe.

the ACR coupe is one of the most badass looking cars in a long time IMO.

I loved the rear of the GenIII. I did not like what they did with the side vents behind the front wheels. They squared them off and made them look just like many other cars...one of the best design elements of the original Viper were the curved side vents which Im happy to see are back on this version.

I prefer the front of the Gen II with its curves and aggressive 'mouth'...but I didnt dislike the front of the Gen III either.

Something about the 'mouth' of this car and its headlights, are not aggressive enough for my tastes...but I need to see more pics.

I do agree with Chas that the ACR SRT GenIII was one of the msot mean/evil looking cars ever made...love it.

Your right, they are. However, Forzas graphics are quite good so the real car won't be much different.

The second I saw the first pic I thought it was from the Benchmark track in Forza 4.

If in fact it is, I wonder if the new Viper will be available as DLC since it is not already in the game. What makes this even more interesting is the last announced DLC ( except the Porsche Pack ) was released today so it gives us Forza faithful hope. If Turn10 already has the 2013 Viper ready to go maybe we can look forward to future DLC. :)

I'm going to check the building out to see if I can find the exact angle.
Here's a shot of the building from another angle.

I always loved the blue and white '96 coupe. Now I can buy a new one right off the showroom floor.

Of course, I'm biased. The ACR-X is even more badass.

No, I don't have any news and, ahem, I don't do that. I leave that to the wankers.

I'll have news tomorrow, maybe Thursday when I have a moment. Feel free to copy over any of my Facebook photo posts to this thread, as I probably won't have time to visit ol' Fchat tomorrow.
