1926 model T Indy Speedster. Built to run in the 1926 Indy race for the Ford factory. I bought it from the man that worked for, and built it for Edsel Ford, which he refused to enter because it had a Mercury body on it. He was 94 years old, and a real piece of work. He gave me all the origional documentation, along with letters and pictures. The only things I added were a windshield, lights, and fenders to get it regestered and make it street legal. I recently sold it to a major collector here in Arizona to add to his stable. The first thing he did was take off all the equipment I added, which brought it back to the origional way it was made. Nice 2002s. Nevada has got to be one of my favorite colors, along with Florida and Colorado. The big bumper cars are good for runs into town so you don't have to be concerned with idiots killing your bumpers. If you need any parts, advice, etc. I know those cars top to bottom and front to back. Chris bimmerdoc.com
Nice car. Hate to ask non car related question but is that driveway stamped concrete? Looks amazing and is exactly what I want for a hot tub/porch area off of our bedroom. Looks like stamped but I've never seen stamped look that good.
Here are a few of my past cars, all were fun for different reasons. Wish I still had that wagon. M3 engine, 6-speed, perfect suspension . . . Great cars! What year and model is the car in the first 2 pics? Having trouble enlarging the pic on my iPhone for some reason. Thanks.
It was a replica that I had done for myself. Reinforced the car in a similar fashion to an e30 convertible with hefty rectangular tubing running the length of the rockers. Came out stiffer than a real cab, but couldn't get past the windshield rake not being correct. Fun car though.
