Talk about killing a market in nothing flat. This is worse than what happened to the Islero market when 5 cars hit within 2 months. 2 of the Ghiblis are automatic coupes, 1 is a chopped spyder and the other is a real spyder.
About 25 years ago there was a guy with a Khamsin in the SF Bay Area who had taken his Khamsin automatic and adapted a Mercedes 4 speed automatic as well as the higher speed diff in the car. I think BMC in SF did the work. He really liked it lot more after that. I'd want the 5 speed too but at least a 4 speed auto has to be a lot better.
Another gratuitous remark. It was his car, the diff was a factory option and only the tranny was a change. So you'd prefer the Borg-Warner 3 speed Walter?
I do not see killing the market at all. I see that some people try to get their cars on the market. And it may be the fact that some of these cars do not sell in the real world - so they go for the virtual one. Good - excellent Ghiblis sell instantly and nobody is discussing prices. - just the problem to find them
