Ya. Looks like a 599 raped a GTS...lol. Im not sure what it is but it just doesnt have enough appeal. Its too tame or something. The 458 or Aventador just scream pure SEX where as this seems kind of boring in comparison. The interior looks amazing but the outside kind of leaves me numb. I certainly wouldnt go out and buy one without seeing it in person and driving it. Perhaps they will come out with an ACR version that will make it look more rugged.

I don't mind it - its looks are more an evolution than a clean slate redesign, which isn't a bad thing at all. Looks like they put some $$$ into the interior, which is a good thing! 640 hp forgives a LOT of transgressions in looks, hahaha... The gauge cluster looks funky!
Wow, I completely forgot about Majestics this year. I'm on call on Sunday, but could possibly make it for Saturday? Weather's supposed to be crappy all weekend, though.... Edit: I just checked the weather forecast - they are now calling for sun and patchy cloud (at least in Weyburn - Regina - overcast, but no rain). I am pretty sure I could be in for Saturday, but Sunday is a no go!

So, Mary and I are leaving on a short holiday this Saturday, so I decided that I needed to go to Canadian Tire for.... well, something... I can always find SOMETHING I need there (i.e. - a convenient excuse for a little spin). I get into the car, start it up, and notice the engine is sounding a little.... funny. I blip the gas a couple times, and it still sounds weird. The weird sound is rev-dependent, and weirdly sounds like it's coming from INSIDE the car. Took me a few seconds to figure it out..... My evil bro-in-law had snuck into our garage, and plugged in the "Sound Racer" thing that I brought home from Roberto's Christmas party. Bastard. Anyone know how I can turn the stereo OFF in my car, so that it doesn't automatically come ON again, when I restart it??????? It actually sounds pretty cool. V8-like. I gave him a call to call him a bollocks, and he just said "I thought I needed to do something to help it sound like a REAL car..... LOL. Bastard.

Hahaha.... my heart sank, too, when I first heard the noise, but then the feeling rapidly changed to laughing my ass off. My bro-in-law was smart enough to plug the Sound Racer into the 12V outlet in the front luggage compartment, too, so I wouldn't see it..... Cunning........ Bastard, LOL. I still think you should transport it to somewhere just a tiny bit south border, and we should all do a road trip to go pick it up. How about..... Vegas?
Roberto, 7 of us ZR guys are driving home from Palm Springs/Phoenix next week. You could ship your car to Portland on Friday the 27th and drive up to Kelowna/Calgary with the group before you continue home! Just a idea.
