I love the Edsel, drove my 59 Villager wagon back and forth across the U.S. 6 times, never even overheated.
BUT, you are right, not a glamor girl.

I think this is what Brits mean when they say "gobsmacked".

Come on guys let's stick to the classics. No need to state the obvious, every contemporary GM, Toyota, Ford, Honda, Mazda, Jaguar, etc, etc. is across the board ugly.

Who can guess what this is?

Here's one to throw into the bunch: AREX Roadster. I've heard that only one of these have been made (and for good reason). It was the idea of one man and he built it in his own backyard. This is a video I put together when I saw it on display at a local dealership...

for Mondial see my comment above and the Z3 is a great car. i had a roadster (beautiful and fun) and a coupe (lets say special looking and even more fun). but not ugly and considered to become a sought after classic.
    who likes the looks too?

    Me!

That's right!! Good idea, here we come:

    1) MG B "looks" killed by US regulations
    2) MG Arkley on Midget basis, wrong on so many levels

I understand as there are several Ferraris that don't captivate my interest either.

Regarding the Mondial... driving one does provide a different perspective. Not many long wheelbase, cab-forward, mid-engined cars out there. ;)
