My God!.. that is the car I know but looking at the interior pict this car has NO Anniversary AC! And it is a late KLA model!! That is the first late car i see with the old A/C. Now I am a bit lost here. what happened? Is this the original AC ? was the anniv AC removed when doing the red piping over ? how can this be? is KLA12410 the correct VIn ???
Too bad the guy in the Lambo was a wuss and was afraid to rev it up. The guy in Ferrari was driving hard and made the Lambo look slow because the Lambo driver was afraid to down shift and rev it up!
That car is not a '88 1/2. The horizontal air vents in the extended pods on the dash were before the 88 1/2, which has the extended pods, but with the air vents in a vertical position.
Ok, being as graceful as a bull in a china store......this video epitomizes the statement "when you want to be somebody" and "you are someone".....because the Ferrari is trying to rev by and impress and the Countach, being in the non-trying mode, is already there.
The Countach had actually just gotten out of the service department, and they installed a new exhaust, so they told him not to drive it too hard. Thanks man! Some of the first GoPro footage I've used, and the clarity is amazing! Chris
Countach qv and Vaholtorf: Keith's car IS indeed an 88.5. Please note this post which has already been discussed. http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showpost.php?p=141394578&postcount=12733 The factory tended to use up old parts on the RHD market cars. Even some RHD Annivesarios had the circular dash-window vents. Hope this helps.
"According to the ILR the 12336 is Black, its Black or very Dark Grey Metallic. I have a pic of me sitting in it maaaany years ago But thanks for the info, so my puzzle of that car is solved. Yes, 12336 is dark dark grey with red interior,

Anyone remember the Carrera Sport/Mike Pullen test days in the late 80s?? We drove the cars there as fast as they would go, then drove them back home just as hard. Those were the days when we were young & foolish Many of the pics here courtesy of Snapper Seven Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
