    big surprise

didn't alonso just get quoted a few weeks ago singing the skills of hamilton? so much for that praise ...

Obviously, non-discerning political correctness at play.

For all those that have criticized Alonso in the past, he sure seams to appear presidential these days. He does not rant, and has been very supportive of his team and team mate.

I don't even know where to start with that

Rant!!, he couldn't keep his clap trap shut even when Hamilton was being interviewed live on TV, butting in and ranting off at him, close to losing the plot IMO.

The only thing you could call supportive, if that's what you want to call it, is destroying Hamiltons car last year, so in that respect yeh take out the enemy.

With Massa being "one of the best" and Dominacalli being "great to work with" sounds like the whole team is headed downhill rapidly.

I am talking about Alonso, as it states clearly in my post, not MASSA. Massa is a lost cause, due likely to his accident. I can't imagine taking a hit to the head like that, and then getting back in the car again.

I'd say Button is more the New Professor than Alonso. :)

    All the best,
    Andrew.

I think this is right. Button seems to be able to hang back most of the race do just enough to be near the pointy end of the field, then attack when he's the only one with tires left.

There will never be another Prost.
Without a Senna to race against Alain couldn't have become the driver he did.

    Translation;
If Ferrari gets its act togeather I dont want to compete against a top gun on my own team for WDC.
    Its all about the WDC.

MS had this figured out as well.
Thats why Massa is there in the first place.

    My take ?
    Keep him.
    It serves my purposes.
I wouldn't mind seeing Mercedes take WCC and or WDC driver.
Mix it up I say as its good for the sport.

And if it keeps Alonso happy that may be reason enough.

I think she was referring to his "head game" capabilities more than his driving ability. ;)

    Cheers,

I think you have that round the wrong way, ie. without a Prost to race against Senna couldn't have become the driver he did.

Lauda taught Prost and Prost was already a WDC before Senna reached McLaren.
