Who pays for the damage??? or the loss. We have many service loaner vehicles that our customers can use. However, we insist on a copy of their insurance and by providing that document, their insurance becomes primary. If there is an incident with one of our cars, their insurance pays first. no proff of insurance(full coverage) no service loaner.

We don't sell cars but I wonder if the dealer requires proof of insurance? If not the claim against the dealers insurance would be rather catistrophic. Just a thought. I feel very sorry for Ferrari of San Francisco. Bet the sales person had appleplexy as the car went airborn!!!!!!!
