He posted enthusiastically here at some point when he started to re-build & modify a Bora engine if I'm not mistaken. Maybe his profile has an e-mail address.
He's still around but I don't think he follows this website religiously. About time for an update from Elliot! I have to see his Bora once it's finished. It's quite the project.
