The rear quarter windows on a GT have 3-4 separate pieces of rubber seals.
    - one slides over a metal edge of the body with the bulb portion pressing against the inside of the window. It is TAV.111-19, PN 200312 and can be obtained from a couple sources, although not apparently in stock.
    - one fits between the front vertical chrome strip (TAV.111-17) and the window. It is TAV.111-18, PN 201555.
    - one fits rests on the bottom chrome trim piece (TAV.111-15) and the bottom edge of the window rests on it. It is TAV.111-14, PN 200727.
    - although not shown on TAV-111, I'm told another piece is placed along the top and back edge of the window to seal between the perimeter of the glass and the body. I'm also told it may be the same type of material and shape as the 200727 part.

With my rear side and rear windows out for some body work, I am desperately seeking these last two items for both rear side windows. Does anyone have extra of these, know where I can definitely find them, or have suggestions for alternative replacement(s)? I should also note that this is for a Concours level car, so correctness is of very high importance.

Ron, you might try Mr. Fiat (google him). He buys from Cicognani in Italy, and is less expensive, that is last time I checked. Only drawback 3 weeks delivery, yet he might have it in stock.
You can also try Ferrparts in Sacramento, call and see what they've got, but (big but),
I would go there personally, and who knows, you might find that elusive...light.

Are you going to become a trailer queen? I still haven't gotten a ride ;)

    Regards, Alberto

That molding has been NLA for a long time now. Luckily it can be replicated using black urethane in place when the glass is installed. There really is no need to search for a gasket as a perfect repair is a tube of urethane away.

As for the light at Ferrparts, I was there 2 weeks ago and picked the place clean and there was no light at the end of my tunnel.

Mr Fiat doesn't even list the specific pieces I need.

Dino is getting prep'ed/pampered for a June 24 concours (Palo Alto) to erase 3+pts of deductions from last Aug Concorso.

Good luck at Palo Alto. This year will be the first in a while that I don't have an entry. I'll probably be there this year as a spectator - will look for your car.

I have a pair of the 200727 gaskets for the rear quarter window but I haven't seen them used on a car. I took apart a wrecked Dino years ago and it didn't use these. I don't believe OMG Johns car used them and another GT I am restoring didn't use them either. Just flat closed cell foam rubber and sealant. The number on the tag on these gaskets is 920072708 if that helps with your search.

Yeah, but puzzling what they mean by "REAR PART OF 2 PIECE SEAL". Per the dwg, this part number goes under the window, not at the back/rear of it...

Maybe the vertical section #16 is the front part and 200727 the rear. I think the description is from Dennis and not the parts book.

I am wondering what you did in the end for 700727?
Also 111-13 is the glass I believe. Does it have a seal on the edge?
Were you able to find new 111-15?
Were you able to find new 111-19?

Item 19 is the same seal as number 4 that is used around the door apertures. It's 23mm deep across the bulb and the U channel that fixes onto the lip edge around the body. The U channel can be anywhere from 14mm to 16mm in depth and will fit perfectly. (First pic below)

Item 16 that fits around the stainless upright B pillar trim is an unequal rubber U channel that is 9mm tall by 5mm wide. (Second pic)

Item 18 is a sponge seal that is 10mm by 15mm. (Third pic)

As Rob says you can use black urethane between the base of the glass and the stainless edge trim. At some point in production the factory must have adopted this method in place of a pre shaped moulding in this area as my car #04054 had never had these windows out from new and had sealant in this area. I've just installed all new seals in #03342 and used sealant for the bottom seal. (Fourth pic)

If you struggle to find them you can obtain them in Italy from Dino 206 - 246 GT (1967-73) Item 16 is item 47 on their "Various Seals" page and item 18 is at the bottom of their "Sponge" page.

Thanks for the information. I wondered about ordering from them. The prices are quite a bit less than what you pay from Mr. F. even after shipping. it has taken me the better part of 2 days to sort out the various rubber gaskets needed.
