I have tried a few different places for both diablo and F355. Both have been ok. But wanted to know if anybody has used some new guys in the business?

I am looking for a central under shield for the 97' spider and the rear under that covers the exuast tips for the spider.

I cracked mine this weekend and need a replacement. I have been getting quotes of 1800 or more only for the part. I cant imagine it being that expensive for an aftermarket or from a discount seller.

    Thank you

Full retail in the USA is $1264. It's not the part that will kill you -- its the shipping. It is oversize, and must go via a freight carrier. UPS/FedEx parcel services will refuse, or DIM-weight the hell out of it.

Have you taken them off and assessed the damage? The underbody areo does more than just create race car like downforce, it also protects lines that run on the belly of the car. I don't recall which ones off the top of my head but each time I change the oil I remove those pieces and remember seeing several things that could catch on road debris if the areo was not there. Bad news would happen.

The kit is basically fiberglass and most damage is probably fixable.

The F355s underbody is made of glassfibre so it can be easily repaired unless its been torn into a billion pieces.

    DON'T DO THAT...ask me how I know.

If you're not a Ferrari Club of America member, join now. It's $100, and you can do it online. Then...call Foreign Cars Italia in NC and have them quote the part you want.

A body shop can repair these no problem. A bunch cheaper than new.

+1, just take the panels to a body shop for repair...loads cheaper. They can also reinforce the areas/build them up, so they can take a hit better.
